Some simple info
In our Adventure Archery Park you will find two different itineraries:
The Family Archery, a simple course for everyone about 250 meters long and with a very little altitude climb.
Children from 4 years can participate in this course
The Wilde Archery takes place in a beautiful Mediterranean forest, the difference in altitude climb between the start and the finish line is only 160 meters and its length is approximately 1 kilometer.
Children from 10 years of age can participate in this course.
Upon your arrival you will receive the equipment necessary to live your primitive archery experience. Each bow will be proportionate to your strength, you will have a supply of arrows and the necessary safety devices.
After receiving the equipment, your operator will lead you to the practice field where you will make the first shoots necessary to become familiar with bow and arrows.
In this stage, the safety rules will be explained. In the event of a participant not following the rules, he/she must leave the course and the operator.
The Wild Archery course will last approximately 2 ½ hours but its duration may vary depending on the number of participants.
The Family Archery course will last approximately 1 hour but its duration may vary depending on the number of participants.
Scheduled events are always available regardless of the minimum number of participants.
A maximum of 12 participants are admitted to each event. Every minor must be accompanied by an adult participating in the activity. The adult will be responsible and overlook the minor. We accept a maximum of 2 minors for each adult.
In this Archery Park the safety and security of the participants is guaranteed by an expert operator who will follow you throughout the event and will unquestionably coordinate the shooting and movement sequences within the area.
The management and the operators of the Adventure Archery Park are not responsible for accidents or injuries occurring during the activity; each participant is responsible for his/her own behavior and the behavior of the minor with them.
Participants in an evident altered condition will not be admitted.
For security reasons, the participation in any of our itineraries is subject to the Adventure Archery Park terms and conditions.
What to bring and what you will find
Included with the ticket:

– a bow tailored to your strength and a set of arrows*
– glove and arm protection.
* Available for every child a special bow created to facilitate the experience.
Duration
Family Course: approximately 1 hour
Wild Course: approximately 2 ½ hours
What to bring:
– Casual clothing, ideally for forest trekking;
– Comfortable shoes
– Rain cover
– Water and some snacks

In order to keep the quality of our events high, a maximum of 12 participants are accepted for each event.

General terms and conditions for online sale
The below general terms and conditions regulate the sale of Access Tickets (here after referred as “Tickets”) to users of the service / customers (here after referred as “customers”), for entertainment events in the Adventure Archery Park area (in addition to any products and / or services combined with the events) made through the portal www.adventurearcherypark.com.it.

Admission pass
– The Admission pass cannot be sold or either exchanged with third parties.
– Adventure Archery Park has the right to cancel an admission pass and an online purchase at any time for technical reasons and/or weather conditions. In the event the customer has received the ticket, the refund can be made only after the ticket has been returned within the terms and conditions.
Payments
The form of payments available by the Customer may be subject to limitations and exclusions for security or other reasons.
Payment by credit card is managed through Cartasi Unicredit, a leading company in the banking and e-commerce industry in Italy.
Transactions are absolutely safe and use high security protocols. The credit cards supported for payments are: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and POSTEPAY.
The credit card transaction authorization is immediate and it takes place at the same time as the order confirmation. The actual transaction may however take place a few days later. The credit card data of the customers will in no way be managed nor stored by the Adventure Archery Park servers nor by others outside the banking services indicated.
Ticket price and service fees
The price of the Admission Pass is shown on the Admission Pass itself and it is established by the organizer.
Additional commissions may be required based on the management costs of the various payment services used.
These surcharges are explicitly highlighted in specific sections during the payment procedures. If the passes are required to be delivered, Adventure Archery Park will reserve the rights to apply specific service fees as a contribution to the shipment itself.
Confirmation of successful transaction
For every succesfull transaction, a notification will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
Each communication contains the summary of the event for which the Access Tickets were purchased, the payment summary and delivery methods, the Customer’s details and a unique order code for each transaction.
Keeping a copy of the confirmation email is mandatory.
Ticket return
If the Customer decides to return the ticket(s), there is no reimbursement, nor the price of additional fees.
According to the art. 59 Consumer Code paragraph n), the withdrawal is excluded for services concerning leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution.
Therefore, the Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after the the contract has been stipulated. In some circumstances, however, Adventure Archery Park may still decide to reimburse the ticket in case of a valid reason.
Event postponed or cancelled
Adventure Archery Park has the right, at its own discretion, to change the times and methods of providing the Service, if due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions (rain or strong wind) and / or environmental situations and / or conditions of the facilities and structures that do not allow safe operation of the Service, even for limited periods of time during the day.
In this case, the customer will have the right to (i) reimbursement of an amount determined by Adventure Archery Park corresponding to the part of the Service that cannot be provided, (ii) reschedule the date and time of the Service and its contents according to availability of the moment.
In any case, Adventure Archery Park will not be required to reimburse any travel, transportation, accommodation, cost, etc. that the Customer should have already supported in connection with the provision of the Service subject to cancellation or modification.
If the event is canceled or postponed, it will be communicated via email and SMS.
Collection and delivery methods
The customer will receive the ticket by e-mail.
In the event that the Customer does not show up at the check-in desk within the scheduled time, Adventure Archery park may not admit him/her to the event.
The relevant ticket will be considered used and therefore will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Liability and rights of the Adventure Archery Park
The Adventure Archery Park is not responsible in any way for direct or indirect damages of any nature suffered by the Customer during the activity.
Furthermore, Adventure Archery Park reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or interrupt any function or service for technical and / or organizational reasons.
Prohibitions
The Tickets cannot be used for political, commercial, advertising or other promotional reasons (such as, for example, competing prizes) except in the case of prior written authorization from The Adventure Archery Park.
General
In the event where any of the rules of the general terms and conditions is inapplicable, the others will continue to have full effect.
Adventure Archery Park reserves the right, whenever it deems it necessary, to amend and / or supplement the general contract conditions
Regulations
With the payment of the participation fee, each participant accepts this regulation:
1) the participant assumes full civil and penal responsibility for all his actions taken during his participation in the events of the “Adventure Archery Park”.
2) The participant undertakes to unquestionably respect the instructions received from the operator/carer at any time of his/her participation in the events of the “Adventure Archery Park” and in particular with regard to the following points:
- Never load the arrow on the bow outside the firing line.
- Never load the arrow on the bow if someone is beyond the firing line.
- Shoot exclusively in front of you and never cross the shots.
- ever shoot up or at frames that are not indicated by the operator/carer or in any case belonging to another firing line.
3) Minors are under the complete protection and responsibility of their carers.
4) the equipment is loaned to use for the duration of the event, the participant is obliged to check that the material is in perfect condition at the time of delivery and return
6) The participant undertakes to respect and protect plants and animals present during the event.
7) In case of rain during the event the fees will not be reimbursed, it will be possible to repeat the event depending ot the availability of the Park.
8) “Adventure Archery Park” events can have highly emotional content and everyone is committed to respecting the privacy and sensitivity of other participants.
9) The events are articulated on a shooting path with rubber shapes representing animals, anyone who does not consider this practice ethical is required to ask for further information on the philosophy of the “Adventure Archery Park”, and may eventually give up its participation, no reimbursement will be provided for this reason.
10) he court of Rovereto (TN) will process the resolution of any dispute that may arise.
